After Your Visit

First, watch the corresponding “After Your Visit” video below. This video will help clear up any questions or concerns you may have regarding your recovery.

Next, for those who had a Chiropractic Appointment we encourage you to stay hydrated, use ice/heat pads as instructed, continue any suggested supplementation, get some rest, and limit your physical activity while your body recovers. Additionally, be sure to check your email for your foot scan results. The feet and ankles can have a profound affect on your posture and recovery. 

For those who had a Functional Medicine Appointment we encourage you to follow any dietary suggestions and or restrictions, take supplements, and make the lifestyle adjustments that have been recommended. It is important to be patient. Many health issues take time to heal and recover from. It will require effort and discipline on your behalf, but together we can help you reach your personal health goals! 

Additionally, there may be some follow-up diagnostic testing required and or recommended to delve deeper into underlying causes of some of your health issues. We strongly  suggest completing those as soon as possible. For more information on testing we offer, visit our testing page.
